Keeping you and your family safe
A note to our Customers regarding coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear Customers, Staff, and Community,
We take your safety and well-being very seriously. At this time, we are continuing our Business Operations and will remain open, while closely monitoring the Coronavirus/COVID-19 developments both locally and nationally. In addition, we will be following the CDC and State Health Department recommendations as the situation develops.
There will, however, be a few changes to our day to day operations, but want to assure you that you will still receive the same level of service that you have become accustomed to from Northcoast Security. We will be closing our retail location, located at 1400 West State Street, for the foreseeable future in order to keep our staff and our customers safe. We will be open by appointment only . To schedule an appointment, please call 419-334-3662.
To continue with our forward moving trajectory, we are going to utilize this time to transition/move to our new operating location at 2378 West State St, Fremont, Oh 43420. This is exciting news for us! We have grown substantially over the past 10 years and will be moving from a 2200 square foot facility to our new location with over 4500 square feet of retail, training, office, and inventory space. This space is approximately one mile west of our current location, located next door to the Fremont Federal Credit Union and across the street from Al Baumann Chevy/Buick Dealership. (Enterprise Rent a Car shares space in our building as well.)
Service call procedures will also change. We will always remain professional, but will maintain our “Social Distancing” and will ask our customers some screening questions before entering a household or business. This is to maintain the health of our staff as well as our customers. Routine maintenance may be postponed until after the Pandemic has passed.
The monitoring station will continue to work with The Monitoring Association and UL for best practice guidelines during this global pandemic and will continue to prepare for critical situations. In light of the current situation, Central Station, at its discretion, may need to minimize operator handling of low priority signals to focus on more critical and high priority signals. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed.
Thank you so much for being a customer and allowing us to serve you! Please be safe and healthy. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
